Why won't my PDF - Print at home pattern download?

You should be able to access your PDF - Print at home patterns in one of 3 ways...

• Through your on screen order confirmation 
• Through the link in your order confirmation email 
• Or by logging into your account online and visiting your Pattern Library

If you are having trouble downloading your pattern try one of the following...

• Use an alternative device
• Use an alternative PDF viewer
• Install any outstanding updates on your device
