When will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) the same day.
Orders received after 5pm or at the weekend will be sent the following weekday.
At busy times such as Black Friday, Christmas and following Bank Holidays, there may be a delay processing your order.
If we're unable to process your order for any reason, our friendly customer care team will be in touch as soon as possible.
