I can't print my returns label

Once you've created your label online Royal Mail will send you a confirmation email which contains both your label and a QR code. Simply take this email along to your post office so that the code can be scanned and the post office will print a label for you.

Please include with your return:

1. Your order number beginning 700 or 701.
2. Your name
3. Your delivery address
